Pre-Retrofit Evaluation

Your Pre-retrofit Greener Homes EnerGuide Evaluation

Jason or Hanah will assess your home to target key energy saving opportunities and then develop a list of prioritized strategies that will optimize your energy upgrade budget. Our assessment involves more than just documenting leaky windows, our work may also reveal moisture problems, chronic cold spots, ventilation deficiencies, and other house performance issues that adversely impact the building envelope.

The initial (pre-retrofit) evaluation takes approximately 2 to 3 hours. It’s important to know that only retrofits recommended in your energy advisor’s report will qualify for the loan.
